This section will outline some of the most common questions you may have after reading about who we are and what we offer.

i’m interested in one of you services, what do i do now?

Great! Simple send us an email or fill out the contact form on the home page or the make a booking page, include as much detail as you can and we will go from there. No commitment at this stage – it is still all up to you.

How much does this cost?

We have base fees available on the “make a booking” page. Simply decide on what packages you want and then send us an email or fill out the contact forms on the home page or the “make a booking” page. We also realise that there may be some specific job specs that don’t typically fall into what you are looking for from the packages on offer and you want to discuss in more detail.

What is the deal with this free offer? Is that real?

Yes. All jobs are free of charge until 01/06/2019. This is limited to one booking per person and shoots are one day max. Please note there is a limited number of spaces available for these free shoots.

How can I order a print?

Super easy, email me, send me a message on Facebook, Instagram, Twitter…whatever floats your boat and we will work out the details for the print you want.

Can i call your business?

No. In my experience, phone calls can be a nightmare and hold little value for business or customer. We always start through email or message on social media. It is easier, more convenient and faster. It helps us understand what you want in writing and we can refer back to that at a later stage if we need to. If we need a phone call to organise details and make arrangements we will do so but otherwise there is no phone number for you to cold call us.

What equipment do you use?

I won’t run down the full list but the important stuff is that we shoot on professional grade cameras and edit using professional grade software. We shoot using a Nikon D750, Nikon D5300, DJI Phantom 3, DJI Mavic Pro and edit using Lightroom and Photoshop as required.

How long does it take? I need these photos fast

In the modern day, speed is key for our clients. We deliver a high quality standard of work for your approval and we aim for a 24 hour turnaround, so you won’t be delayed waiting for those shots to arrive from your photographer.

How are my files delivered?

When your photos are finished we will email them to you in zip file format. All you have to do is download the file from your email account, unzip it and you are away. We keep a backup stored here too so if you ever lose your photos or accidentally delete them from your PC then all you need to do is email us and we will send you the file again.
